How it works, tips and questions
Open Organise PDF, and every page appears as a thumbnail. Move pages with the arrows, turn them, remove the ones you do not need, then save. Nothing is uploaded.
Step by step
- Upload your PDF and wait for the page thumbnails to appear.
- Drag pages into the order you want, and remove any you do not need.
- Download the rebuilt PDF.
Good to know
Seeing the pages is the point
Reordering a document by typing page numbers is how mistakes happen. Working against thumbnails means you are looking at the actual page when you decide where it belongs, which matters most in exactly the situation people reach for this tool: a scan that came out in the wrong order, or with a blank sheet in the middle.
Deleting a page removes it from the copy, not the original
Your upload is untouched. Everything you do here produces a new PDF, so there is no way to lose a page you meant to keep - if you get it wrong, upload the original again and start over.
Questions
Can I remove a blank page from a scan?
Yes. Find it in the thumbnails, remove it, and download the rebuilt file.
Does reordering pages affect quality?
No. Pages are rearranged, not re-rendered.
Can I add pages from another PDF here?
Not in this tool. Merge the two documents first, then organise the combined file.
Will links and bookmarks still work after reordering?
Basic structure is preserved, but links that point to specific pages may no longer land where they used to, because those pages have moved.
